Kings Park Hill

Residential Design
Location: Ho Man Tin
Size: 1230 sq.ft.

Nestled in the prestigious Kings Park Hill, this 1,230 sq. ft. residence balances the vibrant energy of a multi-generational family—accommodating a couple, four children, and three helpers—with a desire for serene, clutter-free living.

The design approach centers on Japandi minimalism and organic flow. A continuous wave of custom light-wood paneling sweeps through the open-plan dining and living areas. This architectural gesture hides vast, floor-to-ceiling storage zones and seamlessly integrates secret doors, preserving an unblemished, expansive aesthetic.

The soft, curved millwork softens structural angles and guides the eye toward the lush, green vistas showcased through the expansive glazing. Tactile textures—from a striking marble coffee table to warm stone lighting accents—breathe life into the neutral palette, creating a spacious, high-functioning sanctuary where busy family life and artistic sophistication seamlessly coexist.
